The Employee Certification Training is a voluntary, self-paced program created to give 911 Restoration Franchise employees the skills and knowledge they need to provide outstanding service to our customers. Upon successful completion of the course materials and examination, employees are awarded certification. Becoming certified demonstrates to both our customers and fellow employees a high level of commitment to providing quality service. Modules include:

A seven-day virtual course with our company’s leading specialists forms the basis of the 911 Restoration training program.
